Who to contact
Enquiries sent to CŌS Studio Digital are managed by the studio. For questions about your data or to exercise your rights, email cosdigitalstudio@outlook.com. Available information about the website publisher appears in our legal notice.
Information collected
The form collects your name, company, email address, type of enquiry, team size, budget range and project description. Your phone number is optional. We also record the submission date and the language used in the form.
Fields marked * are needed to understand and respond to your enquiry. The form cannot be submitted without them. Please do not include passwords, bank details or sensitive personal information in your description.
How your data is used
We use this information to review your requirements, assess whether we can help, prepare discussions and contact you. For a project or quote enquiry, this processing supports the steps you request before entering into a contract. Protecting the form against abusive submissions is based on our legitimate interest in keeping the website working properly.
Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a newsletter. Your information is not published, sold or used for targeted advertising. The form does not make automated decisions that have legal effects on you.
Storage and access
Enquiries are saved in the website's database. Access is limited to people authorised to manage enquiries and technical providers that need access to operate the service. A copy of the enquiry is sent through FormSubmit to cosdigitalstudio@outlook.com so the studio can follow it up. If this notification fails, the enquiry remains saved in the website.
The website uses ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure to operate the service and store enquiries. Email notifications use FormSubmit and Outlook. These providers may involve international processing of data. We do not guarantee that hosting takes place exclusively in France or the European Union.
How long data is kept
Enquiry information is kept while the enquiry is being reviewed and for the discussions needed to follow it up. If an enquiry becomes a project, information needed for the contractual relationship may be retained in line with applicable obligations. To close your enquiry and request deletion of information that is no longer needed, contact the studio using the address above.
Your rights
Depending on the applicable law, you can request access to your data, correction, deletion or restriction of its use. You may also have the right to object and, in certain circumstances, the right to data portability. Write from the email address used for your enquiry and explain which right you wish to exercise. Proportionate identity checks may be necessary if there is reasonable doubt.
Where the GDPR applies, we normally respond within one month, subject to any extensions permitted by law. You can also lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority, including the CNIL in France.
Cookies and browsing
The website code does not add advertising cookies, audience analytics or social media trackers. The hosting platform may use technical mechanisms needed to provide and secure the service. The FR / EN language choice is based on the page address and does not require a preference cookie.
Demos and external links
The data shown in the Wallbox OS mock-ups is fictional. Actions in these mock-ups let you explore the interface and do not create real client records. The link to the Wallbox OS application opens a separate service with its own access conditions. Other external websites have their own privacy policies.
